Conference Bags
Your company logo including your advertising on bags that will be handed out to all participants at check-in.
You manufacture the bags and deliver them to the location.
Notepad and Pen
Your company logo on all pens and pads. Pads and pens are available at our check-in counter.
We take care of printing the pads. You provide the pens and deliver them to the location.
WiFi
The WIFI login data of the event with your network name and password.
WiFi information on the backwall of all name badges and on all monitors/screens.
Coffee Bike
Your branded coffee bike and coffee from cups with your logo.
We take care of everything.
Coffee Mugs
Your company logo on all cups during the conference.
You produce the cups and deliver them to the location.
Dinner
Table displays with your company logo on all tables and more promotional services on request.
We take care of everything.
Seat Advert
Your materials will be displayed in the conference room at the participants' seats.
You deliver the marterials. We take care of the distribution.
Pre-Networking Event Sponsor
Hosting of a pre-event reception on your behalf, including opening speech contribution, full catering, VIP invitations from the list of attendees for you, their promotional messages and exhibitors at the venue
Lunch/Coffee Break
Table displays with your company logo on all tables in the exhibition during the coffee or lunch break.
We take care of everything.
Cocktail Bar
Table displays and roll-ups with your company logo at the bar as well as coasters.
We take care of everything. You deliver the roll-ups.
B2B Area Sponsor
